Sessions

The symposium will take place over two evenings. Sessions will be held on the evenings of November 18 and 19, 2011. At various times, two tracks of presentations will be offered. However , participants can move between tracks. A five minute interval is scheduled after each presentation. 

Participants must provide their preferences for which presentations they would like to attend at the time of registration. All attempts to accommodate preferences will be made. However, places will be awarded on a “first-in”, “first-placed” basis. Numbers attending each presentation will be limited due to room capacity. 

Each evening will have a symposium dinner followed by a guest speaker.

Venue

The Symposium will take place at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, the venue of the 2011 World Robot Olympiad.

Accommodation

• Symposium participants will be accommodated at well appointed hotels close to the Symposium and 2011 WRO venue.
• Two (2) nights accommodation is included in the cost of the registration fee. Additional nights accommodation can be organised at an extra-cost during the registration process.
